Orders and Deliveries
Same day deliveries are sent out to our partner florists according to the needs of each order. For example we make sure that deliveries to businesses are made prior to closing. We also love to follow specific customer delivery requests.
We have an 100% refund policy and we kindly request for you to email us at [email protected] as refunds are processed only via email request. Processing time is between 3 to 5 business days and then an additional 3 business days for the funds to show on your account based on the policies of your bank.

We do not offer order tracking and all orders are considred in good status unless you hear back from us with an issue or concern. Deliveries by our partner florists are made daily until evenıng time of the delivery date. You can also request a tracking status via our email or chat feature.

Refund Policy
We work closely to make our customers happy and we do our best to work with our local florist partners. In the event you are not satisfied with your order, we do offer a 100 percent money back refund.
Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Customers should see the funds credited back to their account 2 to 5 business days thereafter.
